Delays & Issues

Incorrect Address Policy

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing the order. Everythinglluxe Hair & Beauty Plug will not be responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with pictures of the product and packaging.
For lost packages, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue, but we are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
